A Tulsa woman who was prepared to spend Christmas in the dark sees a reversal of fortune. Roberta Kirberger who lives in a neighborhood near 5400 North Utica had minor damage to her weather head. So, while her neighbors had electricity, she did not. After 15 days, Christmas morning brought her some good news.
“When the electrician showed up at 9 o'clock this morning, yes, this morning, it was like God answered my prayer, Christmas Day,†said Roberta Kirberger.
PSO says the only customers without service are people with damaged weather heads and electric boxes. The utility doesn't have an estimate of how many people that may be.
