WASHINGTON (AP) -- President Bush and his extended family are in Camp David, where they are exchanging gifts and having a midday feast. The president gave his wife a silver tray and purse and she gave him a new coat and warming soles for cold weather mountain biking.
Mrs. Bush's press secretary says the president's daughters both got household items for their apartments.
On the menu Tuesday at the wooded compound in the Maryland mountains are roast turkey, cornbread dressing, green beans, sweet potato casserole, fruit salad, pumpkin and pecan pies and red velvet cake.
The president plans to leave Camp David Wednesday for his Texas ranch. He's expected to return to Washington on New Year's Day.
