Operation Power Up On The Move

More than 300 people have called Operation Power Up! for help repairing damaged weather heads. Dozens of electricians have joined the effort, but the city still needs help. The sign up location has changed from the Tulsa Fairgrounds to the Tulsa Fire Department Training Academy. It's located in the 1700 block of Charles Page Boulevard.

If you need help getting a weather head repaired, you can call the Operation Power Up! Hotline at 866-789-8898. So far, electricians have repaired about a thousand weather heads, but there are still more than 2,000 people needing help. The City of Tulsa, with help from federal and state money, will foot the bill.
