A former Oklahoma Supreme Court justice will act as mediator between Oral Roberts University and three former professors who have sued the school for wrongful termination. Ex-justice Daniel Boudreau retired from Oklahoma's highest court in 2004 to take a teaching position at the University of Tulsa College of Law.
The three former ORU professors allege Richard Roberts forced them out after reporting the school’s involvement in a local political race and giving school regents a report documenting alleged moral lapses.
Attorneys for both sides agree that Boudreau is fair-minded and will listen, ask questions and encourage both sides to agree to a solution.
