Many people are tired of looking at all the trees torn up in their yards. Trailers full of broken branches have been pulling into the Tulsa’s two Greenwaste sites. The folks there have some tips to make it easier for both them and you.
"Try to keep them in 8 to 10 foot lengths if you can. It helps us work with the brush," said Public Works’ Don Linker.
You can take your loose limbs to the dump on 56th Street North between Mingo and Highway 169. There's another location off 71st near Elwood in West Tulsa. Both are open from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. every day. It's free for city residents, but it will cost non-residents a dollar or two to drop off their load.
