A drug suspect is in the Mayes County jail after trying to buy some pot from a cop. Mayes County Sheriff’s Lt. Charles Smallwood says he was on call when Jessica Baker approached him and asked to buy marijuana from him.
He was astounded, since he was wearing a jacket with the words, “State Police Drug Task Force†on the front, back, and down both sleeves.
After her arrested, Jessica Baker told authorities she can read, but she wasn’t paying attention.
