Tulsa County District Attorney Tim Harris has filed first degree murder charges against 18-year-old Marquis Bullock. Bullock is accused of kidnapping and killing his girlfriend's 13-year-old sister Cori Baker.
Baker disappeared about a month ago after school and hasn't been seen or heard from since. A massive search for her body has turned up nothing.
