It's the season for doting dog lovers. Despite what you might think, gifts for dogs and cats draw big business. So what's out there for the discerning pet owner? News On 6 reporter Rick Wells went on the prowl to find out.
"Here's a little thing, dinner and dessert. You've got your entre down here, its beef and your peppermint Christmas treat. So you've got two treats in one canister, it's kind of cute. They also offer a goose and eggnog combination," said Shelli Holland-Handy of The Dog Dish.
The Dog Dish is located at the Farm Shopping Center and is loaded with stuff.
"Our customers, at least are interested in making their dogs part of their lives," said Holland-Handy.
The Dog Dish has sweaters, collars, hats, reindeer antlers and Christmas ornaments of all kinds.
"This is for the ultimate doggie humor at Christmas, it's not real," said Holland-Handy.
Holland-Handy says a favorite gift at Christmas is a new bed.
