NORMAN, Okla. (AP) _ Oklahoma linebacker Curtis Lofton is the Big 12 Conference defensive player of the week after helping OU to a 49-17 victory over Oklahoma State.

Lofton was credited with nine tackles and forced an second quarter fumble when OSU was going for a touchdown on fourth-and-goal at the OU one-yard line.

Missouri's Chase Daniel is the offensive player of the week and the Tigers' Jeff Wolfert is the special teams player of the week.
