New forces joined the search for a missing Tulsa teenager. The Tulsa Fire Department is now pitching in to help find Cori Baker. The search has spanned nine days and there's still no sign of the 13 year old. News on 6’s Ashli Sims reports police officers, firefighters, cadets in training, and volunteers are searching for any sign of Cori.

It's been eleven days since anyone has seen or heard anything from 13-year-old Cori Baker. Police say Cori disappeared Friday, November 9th, after she was picked up from Union's Alternative School by her sister's boyfriend.

Almost four days later, police arrested that boyfriend, Marquis Bullock and the official search began. It started on practically the opposite side of town from where Cori disappeared.

Police say Bullock led them to 31st and Riverside and they believed the 13-year-old's body was in the river. For two days, they dragged the river by boat and combed the area from the sky by helicopter, but nothing was found.

Last Friday, hundreds of volunteers joined in the search, covering the area from 71st street to 91st street, from the River east to Lewis Ave. Teams of ten trudged through overgrown fields, hunting for clues, but still nothing.

On Monday, the search jumped across town, back to the area where Cori was last seen alive. Police say they found key pieces of evidence near 41st and 145th, but a day's worth of searching still didn't recover her body.

Tulsa firefighters joined the search on Monday again checking the river further south at the Memorial Bridge in Bixby and downstream for another eight miles.

About 35 fire cadets scoured a pond near the Ford Glass Plant on Tuesday morning. By the afternoon, the search had moved south again to Hunter Park. Police had received an anonymous tip that the two were spotted at the park, so the fire cadets poked around the creek bed, even waded into the pond.

Cori Baker’s family is talking to the American Red Cross in hopes of bringing even more people into the search.
