A Broken Arrow Police officer is recovering after a collision. Officer Scott Oelke and his K-9 partner Hero were trying to catch a hit-and-run driver when they hit an SUV at County Line Road and 81st Street.

The SUV driver went to the hospital in stable condition. Officer Oelke and "Hero" were treated and released.

And a Tulsa Police officer is in good condition after her cruiser was hit from behind by a trash truck.

Officer Annette Williams was slowing down in a construction zone on the inner-dispersal loop near downtown Tulsa when the truck crashed into her.

The truck driver was not hurt.
