An Osage County nursing home cited for neglect and abuse will shut down before the end of the year. Hominy Nursing Home officials say financial difficulties are forcing them to close the doors.
The Oklahoma Department of Health filed a petition this month to revoke the company's operation license after a July inspection turned up 50 deficiencies.
The 18 residents living in the home have 90-days to find a new place.
