A 37-year old man faces child pornography charges after students at an Oklahoma high school found shocking pictures in their lockers.

Investigators say the picture showed 37-year old Otis Lacy having sex with a 17-year old student who was living with him. Cushing Police say Lacy made copies of the picture, then posted them.

High school principal Jim Lauerman: "This person put them in lockers and we found out about it we went to the lockers that were opened and got most of them out of there, all we could find, confiscated them.â€

Investigators say since the student was older than 16, the sex wasn't illegal, but taking and posting the picture is.
