For the third time in so many weeks, Tulsans are packing up and shipping out to help with hurricane Ivan relief efforts.

Thursday, several Tulsa volunteers with the American Red Cross left for Baton Rouge, Louisiana. They are driving several cargo vans filled with water and food to an area where thousands of people have been forced from their homes.

Volunteer Stephanie Huston: "It's really awesome, Oklahoma, Tulsa specifically, area which need it."

The volunteers will be gone for about a week.
