A Rogers County jury says convicted killer Karl Myers is not mentally retarded. That decision clears the way for his execution.

Myers was convicted and sentenced to die for the 1996 rape and murder of Cindy Marzano of Broken Arrow.

The US Supreme Court says it is unconstitutional to execute the mentally retarded. Had the jury found that Myers was retarded, his death sentence would have been converted to life in prison.
