An 18 year old Jay man accused of shooting a man to death following an apparent road rage incident will not go to prison.

Jurors found Laramy O'Leary not guilty of second-degree murder after five hours of deliberations. O'Leary confessed to police that he shot James Hansen in the head at the Jay Post Office last January.

O'Leary said the two got into an argument after they passed each other several times on state Highway 59 and claimed he shot Hansen after he attacked him.
