A Nebraska man is in the Tulsa County jail. He's accused of making a cross-country trip for a sexual encounter with a 14-year-old Tulsa girl.

The bust is part of a Task Force operation known as "Innocent Images." Feds say 26 year-old Kelly Townsend owns a Tae-Kwon-Do studio in Nebraska. They say he traveled to a South Tulsa motel, intending to meet-up with a girl he met in an internet chat room in June.

Agents say Townsend had actually been sending sexually-explicit instant-messages, e-mails and phone calls to an undercover female agent.

The FBI arrested Townsend this weekend. They were backed by Tulsa and Bixby Police, and a US postal inspector.
