OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) _ Governor Henry has received the names of three nominees to replace a justice seat on the Oklahoma Supreme Court.
Among those names is Pittsburg County District Judge Steven Taylor, who presided over the state murder trial of Oklahoma City bombing conspirator Terry Nichols.
The Judicial Nominating Commission submitted Taylor's name and that of District Judge James Gabbard the Second and Associate District Judge Ted Knight.
One of them will succeed Justice Ralph Hodges, the District Two justice who retired in July.
Gabbard oversees Atoka and Coal counties in southeastern Oklahoma. Knight serves in LeFlore County.
