EUFAULA, Okla. (AP) -- The brother of former Congressman JC Watts goes on trial for murder on Monday.

Lawrence Watts is accused of killing Anthony Greco in June 2003 in the parking lot of Watts' barbecue restaurant in Eufaula. Authorities say Greco had worked for Watts.

After the shooting, Watts walked into a McIntosh County courtroom and told a judge and other authorities about the shooting.
