An apartment fire early Thursday morning leaves a Tulsan looking for a new place to stay.

The fire broke out around 12:45 AM at the Ridge Park Apartments at 76th and South Yale. Fire officials believe a smoldering cigarette in a chair started it. Damage is estimated at $20,000.

No one was home at the time and no one was hurt.
