A man is arrested in connection with the sexual assault of a teenager and her eldery grandmother.

Police say an anonymous tip led them to Stephan "Dinky" Willis.<br/>Records show, Willis has a long list of felony charges including murder and indecent exposure.<br/>The 65 year-old victim says Willis

Police say an anonymous tip led them to Stephan "Dinky" Willis.
Records show, Willis has a long list of felony charges including murder and indecent exposure.
The 65 year-old victim says Willis grabbed her granddaughter as she came home from work, held a gun to her head and forced his way into their home.
Police say he tied-up the 17-year-old girl, then assaulted her grandmother.
The teen said after Willis attacked her, she told him she had to go the bathroom.
That's when she escaped through a window.
He's being held on nearly 200-thousand-dollars bond.
