CHANDLER, Okla. (AP) -- An October 19th trial date is set for a county clerk charged with fraud.

Kay County Clerk Pamela Sue Goodno faces four misdemeanor counts of asking for double payment for travel expenses.

Prosecutors say Goodno claimed reimbursement four times from both Kay County and from the County Clerks and Deputies Association for travel expenses to association meetings.

The total amount of the reimbursement she claimed is $353.

Goodno says she ded nothing wrong and is running for re-election.
