There are still no arrests in the weekend shooting death of a Tulsa man. This was the second time 23-year-old Michael Hishaw had been shot in the past year.

The first he recovered from last year. Early Sunday morning, police were called to a gas station where a Jeep Cherokee had struck a metal post.

Officers found Hishaw behind the wheel. He died at the hospital.
