The lawyer for a 16-year-old Porter boy accused of stabbing a fellow student to death, says his client will plead no contest.

Daniel Dillingham's attorney says the teen should avoid adult prison time and go immediately into juvenile custody following his plea.

An appeals court has already ruled Dillingham cannot be tried as an adult.

He's accused of stabbing 16-year-old Carl "Andy" Robinson twice in the chest on a bus last December. Robinson bled to death on the bus.
