A psychologist who examined one of the accused shooters in a fatal Tulsa bank holdup says the suspect is competent to stand trial. But it's likely this week's preliminary hearing for all four suspects will be delayed.

Alvin Jordan, Christopher Jordan, Jeremy Williams and Dyra Malone all face charges with the June 22nd robbery of the First Fidelity Bank.Teller Amber Rogers was killed in the robbery. Two others were injured.

An attorney for Alvin Jordan says based on the psychologist's report, he will "not" request a mental competency trial for his client.
