A 2 year old Rogers County boy is dead.

Authorities say he drowned in a creek near his home near Pine and 193rd East Avenue. Investigators believe the boy opened a gate between his house and the creek. He was reported missing around 4:30 PM Monday.

His body was recovered soon after that.

The child's name hasn't been released.
