An Oklahoma fugitive captured in Missouri goes to court today. Raymond Smith has been brought back to Creek County.

He ran from a Bristow courtroom two weeks ago as he was about to be sentenced on an assault and battery conviction.

The Creek County Sheriff's Office tracked Smith to Branson where his mother worked. Smith will be arraigned today for escape. Bail is set at $500,000.
