Tulsa Fire officials are trying to figure out how a woman ended up in a storm drain early Wednesday morning.
A passing motorist heard a call for help coming from a drain at 2106 North Sheridan. Officials chipped away at the surrounding concrete to get the grate loose, and rescued the woman. Officials say they aren't sure how long she'd been in there.
Tulsa Fire District Chief Eddie Bell: “She doesn't have any recollection on how she got there, how long she's been there. She's crawled quite a ways to get to this position where she could yell for help."
The woman says the last thing she remembers was having a conversation with her mother a couple of days ago.
Authorities say they do -not- believe drugs played a role, they are still investigating.
