Monday was move-in day for freshmen at the University of Tulsa. And who better to help than the school's new president, Steadman Upham.

The parents the News on 6 talked to on Monday said they appreciated the warm welcome. Mary Getter: â€œI am so thoroughly impressed. This has been the best welcome. We have two older daughters that went away to school and so this has been the best. Thoroughly impressive.â€

New students have about a week to get settled in. TU classes begin next Monday.
