New developments in the case of a fatal stabbing that happened at the Muskogee Fairgrounds over the weekend.

Muskogee Police arrested four people in connection with the death of 20 year old Guillermo Hernandez. Hernandez died after he was stabbed during a birthday party. Two others were hospitalized.

Detectives are using translators to question the four suspects.
