A man who escaped from a Bristow courtroom last week is returning to the Creek County jail. Raymond Smith has waived extradition from Missouri.
He was captured at a Branson hotel earlier this week. He'll be arraigned this week on escape charges.
Smith's bail is set at $500,000.
