New developments in the case of a Delaware County daycare owner accused of sexually abusing children in his care.

The Delaware County Sheriff's Office tells the News on 6, that prosecutors have filed ten additional felony charges against Boyd Luper.

Investigators say they've discovered additional victims who attended Evelyn's Daycare in Little Kansas, that they believe were sexually abused by Luper.

Luper and his wife were arrested on molestation charges back in April. Their daycare has been closed since.
