The state medical examiner will have to identify burned human remains found in a pick-up truck abandoned in the woods. The body was found in a burned out truck south of Sand Springs.
Officials say it appears the body had been there for several weeks. Tulsa County Sheriff’s deputies had to use earth-moving equipment to get to the scene.
Investigators say they found bones inside the truck. The flames had erased the truck's tag and vehicle identification numbers.
