A Creek County district judge has set deadlines for motions and evidence in Scott Eizember's murder trial.

District Judge Joe Sam Vassar says the October 25th trial date remains set, unless he agrees with a defense motion to move the trial due to pretrial publicity.

Eizember is charged in the killing of AJ and Patsy Cantrell in their Depew home last fall. That led to a massive manhunt in Creek County that lasted about a month.
