OMAHA, Neb. (AP) _ A monthly survey of the economy finds Oklahoma's economic index declined last month, but is still expanding.
The survey of business leaders and supply managers puts Oklahoma's economic index at 56 in July, down from 58 in June.
An index above 50 indicates an expanding economy.
The index is complied by Creighton University economics professor Ernie Goss, who surveys nine Mid-American states.
The overall index for the nine-state region in July is 64-point-two, down four points from June.

States included in the survey are Arkansas, Iowa, Kansas, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, North Dakota, Oklahoma, and South Dakota.
