One person has been arrested following a long police chase through several counties. It started about 4 AM Monday in Tulsa when police tried to make a routine stop.

The driver took off and led Tulsa Police all the way to Mayes County. At one point we're told the man tried to hit a deputy.

The Oklahoma Highway Patrol ended up bumping the man's car, pushing him into the grass to end the chase 40 minutes later.

The suspect had an outstanding warrant. He faces a variety of other charges and is in the Mayes County jail.
