In Vinita, city leaders have drafted a plan to outlaw pit bulls inside the city limits. This comes after three people were attacked by pit bulls within ten days earlier this month.

Under the plan, current pit bull owners could keep their dogs if they meet several requirements.

A town hall meeting is scheduled for Monday night.
