Tulsa Police chief Dave Been has fired a police officer accused of demanding sex in exchange for letting a woman out of traffic tickets.

The department let Monroe Alexander go, effective Tuesday.

Alexander had been on the force for nine years. He has 10 days to appeal the decision.
