Tulsa Police are still looking for answers in a shooting at a Tulsa apartment complex near 51st and Memorial.

Police say around 5 PM Thursday, a man shot another man in the neck at the Cobblestone. The victim is hospitalized in critical condition.

The victim told investigators he didn't know why he was shot, and that he didn't know the shooter.
