Authorities have recovered the body of a Tulsa man who drowned at a nearby lake this weekend.

20-year-old Joshua Dabney and a friend were swimming across a cove on Oologah Lake when Dabney went under.

His friend managed to get Dabney to the surface, but he went under again and didn't come back up.
