(Stillwater-AP) -- Oklahoma State has suspended offensive lineman Adam Gourley indefinitely after he was arrested for assault with a dangerous weapon.
Witnesses told Stillwater police they saw Gourley shoot a man in the head with a B-B gun last month from the third-floor balcony of an apartment complex.
The unidentified male victim was taken to the Stillwater Medical Center's emergency room and was later released.
Gourley surrendered to police and was released on one-thousand dollars bond.
The 21-year-old reserve lineman is scheduled to appear in court August ninth. That's the same day Oklahoma State begins two-a-day practices.
Gourley redshirted last season, but was listed second on the depth chart following spring practices.
