(Oklahoma City-AP) -- Testimony today in the Brenda Andrew murder trial may include that of Andrew's neighbor.
Andrew is charged with first-degree murder in the shooting death of her estranged husband, Rob Andrew.
Dean Gigstad lives next door to the home where the Andrews lived and where Rob Andrew was killed in November 2001.
Gigstad wasn't home at the time of the murder and authorities believe Brenda Andrew's lover, James Pavatt, hid in the home after killing Rob Andrew.
Prosecutors say Brenda Andrew and Pavatt conspired in the killing to collect Rob Andrew's 800-thousand dollar life insurance policy.
Pavatt has been convicted and sentenced to death in the killing and prosecutors are seeking the death penalty for Brenda Andrew.
