New developments in the case of a Bixby police officer that was fired Wednesday. The police chief terminated Cory Forister for a hand gesture he made during a training session that news camera caught on film.

Forister denies that he intentionally made a rude gesture. He says he simply had his hand on his face resting his head with his elbow on the table.

Forister says he will file a grievance with the police department within the next several days and will seek to be re-instated as an officer with back pay and benefits he may lose during the process.
