Tulsa Police arrested a man Thursday morning for an early morning beating.

They booked Terry Badgwell into the Tulsa County jail on two counts of assault with a deadly weapon.

They say the owner of the Deadtown Bar near Archer and Cheyenne, Sean Howard and his manager Josh Martin, went outside to chase vagrants off the property.

Police say when they told Badgwell to leave, he picked up a pipe and hit Howard in the head and then turned on Martin.
