Tulsa's Broken Arrow Expressway is back open this evening after a chunk of an overpass fell onto the road below yesterday. Crews closed part of the eastbound lane near 15th street between Harvard and Lewis to fix a small hole in the bridge. Oklahoma was recently named one of the nation's worst states when it comes to deficient bridges.. Tulsa has the most in the state.
