(Oklahoma City-AP) -- A 23-year-old man driving a 2000 Toyota Camry has died following an accident in Oklahoma County.

The accident happened about 2:20 this morning on southbound Interstate 235, just south of Interstate 40.

The highway patrol says James Goodall of Oklahoma City was going too fast and didn't follow the curve of the road. The Camry ran off the road and struck an abandoned pickup, pushing the truck into a river.

The highway patrol reports Goodall died at the scene of massive injuries.
