Some Tulsa kids are spending the summer with their heads in the clouds. It's all part of the Tulsa Air and Space Museum's Summer Aerospace camp.
Wednesday, the 3rd and 5th graders at the camp got a lesson from Boeing engineer Matt Sheets. He talked to them about NASA's space program.
Organizers say the camp is a fun way for students to learn the importance of math and science. Camp director Glen Diggars: "It's camp. It's fun. As a regular school teacher you get wrapped up in homework and all that. This reminds us that it should be fun, at camp we can do that."
Boeing has been a major supporter of educational programs at the Tulsa Air and Space Museum.
