A convenience store clerk was murdered this weekend, but Tulsa Police don't think it was a robbery.
They say the killer walked into the Lucky Trip at 41st and 129th East Avenue, said something to the clerk then shot him in the chest.
There is a surveillance tape of the murder, but police are trying to enhance it before releasing the suspect's picture.
So far, they can't figure out why someone would kill Andrew Penheiro. Tulsa Police Sgt Mike Huff: "He went to work then he went home and spent time with his family and back to work, we can't find any reason why someone would want to murder him."
Police are investigating whether this murder is connected to a double murder that happened at this same store two years ago. Two people are in prison for those killings, but detectives are still looking for a third.
If you know anything about this homicide you are asked to call Crimestoppers at 596-COPS. You can remain anonymous.
