(Oklahoma City-AP) -- Jury selection is under way Monday in Oklahoma City for the first-degree murder trial of Brenda Andrew, who was nabbed in Texas.

Andrew is accused of conspiring with her lover, James Pavatt, to kill her estranged husband, Rob Andrew.

Pavatt has been convicted and sentenced to death in the case.

Rob Andrew was shot to death in November 2001 after arriving to pick up the couple's children for the Thanksgiving holiday.

Brenda Andrew, the children and Pavatt disappeared shortly after the killing.

She and Pavatt were arrested in February 2002 in Hidalgo, Texas, as they crossed the border from Mexico into the US.
