Williams Companies has decided to outsource 460 jobs to the IBM office in Tulsa. The jobs will be in accounting, finance, human resources and information technology.

The move will happen July 1st. IBM has been criticized by some of its workers here for outsourcing jobs to India.

A Williams spokesperson says it's possible some of the Williams jobs being moved to IBM could in turn be outsourced to India, but says there are no plans for that right now.
